Harry Potter, 'the chosen one', has finally beat his demons, and we
mean that literally, the fiercest Dark Wizard has been killed. The
famous battle of Hogwarts will forever live in our memories. As
will those lost to that battle along with the many battles before
it. Lord Voldemort has been taken down by a school boy.
Now, finally, the world is safe. At last, those who had gone into hiding
have come home to their families. The Muggle killings have ceased.
Muggle-borns around the world are once again able to safely walk
the streets. It is of great belief that the world will never see such
a slaughter of innocents, both magic and non-magic again.
Harry Potter has trimuphed, the world is safe once again, happily ever
after. Only, no one isaccounting for those who followed the Dark Lord
and have never been persecuted. Nor are they wondering what the
families of those who have been are thinking. Are there still
Purebloods out there who think that they are better than
others? Of course there are. But who's to say they have
the same beliefs on the matter as their defeated King?
Well, those are the kinds of questions no one is
thinking about.
All they are thinking is how their children will grow up in a far better
world than they did. But, are they right? Are the students at
Hogwarts biggest worries merely their final exams, who will
win the house cup, and the next Quidditch match? We would
all like to think so wouldn't we? There are dangers lurking
around every corner. Children of those Death Eaters killed
or persecuted planning on following in their parents
footsteps, those who lost family to a Death Eater
pitting their hatred against their child. All
of this on top of the typical anomisity
between the different houses is
bound to lead to tragedy.
Because no one can simply
LET SLEEPING DRAGONS LIE.
