The Rules

Do not post a reply in this thread.

General/Out of Character:

• If you have any questions, either ask a Staff member or check in here.
  
• Administrators are solely responsible for appointing Staff members. Don't expect to be handed the position, others may be better suited for the job.
  
• Things shall remain on a PG-13 level. Violence is allowed, which does mean blood; but nothing too graphic. Nobody wants to hear about guts getting spilled. Also, no excess amounts of swearing, please.
  
• Do not RP in OOC boards. There's plenty of In Character boards for you to make threads.
  
• As long as they are kept in use, you can have as many characters as you want.
  
• The password is mumbojumbo.
  
• Any member who wishes to give up their character may put them up for adoption in the Orphanage.
  
• No member is allowed to use their character in role play until said character's bio has been approved.
  
• Pictures are allowed and encouraged, though make sure that they are of reasonable size and aren't seizure-inducing.
  
• Prizes are available and the more you post, the more you can get. Have a white lion born in one of your litters: 175 posts. White and Albino lions: 200 posts. Leopards and Cheetahs: 350 posts. King Cheetahs: 425 posts. Barbary lions: 725 posts.

In Character:

• Please, no chat-speak. No one wants to read "Oh hai guyz, lol that r so funny, rofl." Use actual English, if you would.
  
• All posts must be made in the past tense and in third person. Example:
  
  " "So you're.. you're not gonna chase me away?"
  
  As he spoke, dark recollections of the last time they had met swirled to the front of her mind. The hurt he had caused Birch and the anger she had felt surged forward, clouding her eyes with red and forcing her teeth to bare. But only for a moment. • All posts have a minimum requirement of three lines. Whining about it will get you nowhere.
  
• Don't skip ahead of people. If its their turn, wait until they post and then continue.
  
• Absolutely no powerplaying or godmodding. Its rude and I will not stand for it.
  
• Character death is only allowed if all parties consent. No character may kill another without permission.
  
• Acts of infanticide may occur, but approval and consent must be given by Staff and members involved.
  
• Characters, like in the wild, must age. No one lives forever and as a realistic site, a lion is considered elderly around the age of 16.
  
• No character is perfect. It's unfair to others if you create a lion or lioness that is flawless or superior to other cats. Everyone has flaws, no matter what.
